Twin Dragons is my go to Chinese food restaurant near Mascoutah. Good food, good prices & great service.

Food was great. Inside the dining area and around the bathrooms, food trays and other items stored - not food safety compliant.

This is one of Mascoutah's hometown gem! The food is always excellent and the staff is friendly and as fast as they can be.

The seating area and bathrooms can be dirty, but the food is the best around and the prices are fantastic. I love to get the lunch specials. Carry-out is usually the go-to for most people.

Twin Dragons is the best Chinese food in the area, and has the best garlic chicken I've ever had. You get a lot of food for the money and the staff are very friendly.

Nice little place. Food is good and fresh, for once I didn't feel like I was eating a block of salt at a Chinese restaurant. Lunch is a good price and a good amount of food.

Ignorant and RUDE on the phone! They do not take dietary or ethical food concerns seriously. I stated multiple times that I dont eat meat yet they not only gave my the wrong dish but they put my food on top of rice with pork and shrimp. I immediately called them and they wanted to CHARGE me for new food! Mistakes happen I understand but dont take it out on the customer.I've also been laughed at on previous orders when I sub meat for tofu. Not acceptable.
